Will my computer be able to run Tera Online?

My computers CPU is alittle shitty, Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz

I know I really need an update but I dont have the money right now to buy a new one. However, my 9800 GT graphics card is my only hope at playing this game. Do you think I would be able to run the game smoothly with only a good graphics card?Will my computer be able to run Tera Online?
