There's no other real way, you can still get it for free from that website if you work hard, granted it's unfair that someone from the US or UK could probably get it in less than an hour from that website.

I think it is hard to get it for free . For now, you can try the tera kr before us open beta . 3zoom sells tera kr account for 7.99$, and buy game time for it . I have many friends try with them .
